Based on the presenter’s 30-years of experience in writing requirements, this 1-hour webinar presents the problem of writing effective requirements and why it is important for you (whether or not you are involved in an IT project). He also discusses how the techniques presented in the interactive, “intellimated” video course “Writing Better Requirements in Plain English” address the problem. Excerpts from the video course demonstrate “intellimated” content and how it supports modern instructional design theory for adult learning based on the 70-20-10 model.  You will also have a chance to observe a somewhat different approach to “exercises” in the form of the interactions the course uses to enhance retention.   Mr. Hathaway has over 30 years as a practitioner including 18 as an instructor in the business analysis and information technology field.
